So, for most of my online life, I've had one username (auhsojsivart) and one password (*******). Now, however, I run three different emails, have two different logins for instant messengers, and have had to set up three separate blogs which are, in turn, linked to three separate google accounts. It's annoying. I really just want everything to be linked together. I'm not the kind of person who writes things down as I do them, so whenever I need to log in to something, I have to go through a mental inventory of all the possible usernames and passwords I've ever used and basically guess as to which works with whatever particular service I need to use at the moment.
Additionally, I hate blogger. It has told me, just in the last 20 minutes, that my email doesn't exist, that I'm a spam blogger, that I cannot access one of my blogs until I receive a confirmation email (but, oh wait! that email address doesn't exist according to blogger), and that other people have used my email and password to create blogs... I really hope for everyone else's sake that they haven't had the problems I have had with it.

Oh believe me, it hasn't been a piece of cake on my end either. My biggest peeve (of course, when I finally got all the cookie crap straightened out- oh, ok, when my boyfriend got all the cookie crap straightened out FOR me) is when the website tells you your username and/or password isn't good enough. How the hell am I supposed to remember a random password that has to be at least 142 characters, some lowercase some uppercase, don't forget digits, oh and it can't be obvious (or in some cases, it can't even be a real word.) Give me a break, it's an email account/blog/gaming profile/whatever!!! It's not guarding government secrets!!!
I understand where you're coming from. I used to have all those passwords and tried to remember them. I also have a small table in a word document with all my usernames and passwords on it. Recently I started using the same password for everything maybe with a change or two. But I still record it on the table. When I run across websites and I have to create a username and password and it has to be unique I just say forget it. Sometimes it's not even worth the effort.
There actually is a known glitch with Blogger that they apparently had worked out, but seems like it might be happening again:

Well, look at the bright side. You could always subscribe to your blogs using Reader so you can keep track of yourself. Hahahaha
Yes, keeping track of passwords is a pain, and I usually have 3 "go to" passwords. I work at a bank and have to sign into 3 different programs each day, each program having a different required length...blah, blah, blah. And, we have to change them every few weeks. So, I keep a list of my new passwords under my keyboard...right where any thief or bank robber could find them (ha), makes sense, huh? Then, of course, we have personal passwords, school passwords, etc, etc. But, that's just part of the technology world and I have accepted it.
I do hate that you have to register for every site you visit before they give you any information. I probably waste about 10-20 minutes a day deleting and skimming through all of my emails...but most of that time is while I am at work...so it works out perfectly.
